My name is Oluda (Matthew) Tobiloba. I am an immigration consultant, paralegal specialist, and visa profile builder based in Lagos, Nigeria working with clients in over 30 countries worldwide.
My journey into immigration consulting began when I watched talented professionals around me researchers, doctors, engineers, and entrepreneurs struggle with a system that should have recognized their contributions more easily. Brilliant people were getting denials not because they were unqualified, but because they did not know how to present their qualifications in the language USCIS speaks.
I decided to become the person who bridges that gap.
Over 9 years I have immersed myself in every aspect of the US immigration system from the Dhanasar framework that governs EB2 NIW cases, to the 10 criteria that determine EB1A eligibility, to the paralegal documentation standards that immigration attorneys rely on. I have processed over 100 successful cases, helped professionals navigate RFE responses, and built evidence profiles from the ground up for clients who were told they were not ready.
